I knew 30 years ago, when I met Beverly Michalek, that I had found my realtor when it was time to sell my Collierville home. Fast forward 30 years, that promise was kept. From the start, Beverly hit the ground running setting up meetings and suggesting paint colors for interior paint. She even painted the walls with sample colors suggesting what color would look best with my floors and rooms. A few repairs and upgrades to the house were needed, but that was no problem because she had a contact for every project, from bathtub reglazing, carpet cleaning and painters to windows glass replacement. Since we had already relocated and moved to Florida during the listing period, it made it impossible for me to meet with contractors and painters. Beverly went above and beyond meeting for every appointment sending photos and giving feedback on the final results. She was always available for contact whether through text or phone call and was willing to meet at our convenience no matter what time of day or night. Her knowledge and expertise in real estate was incredible. She was extremely familiar with the current market activity. After careful research and comparisons to our area, she suggested a listing price that was spot on, competitive and realistic. It was her extensive research that resulted in our house selling at the original listing price. Beverly scheduled numerous open houses, meeting with potential buyers and sharing our personal stories of why we loved our home and the community of Collierville. The sale of our home was greatly precipitated by Beverly’s extensive negotiation skills. Her advisement and knowledge throughout the entire process was paramount. Beverly was tireless, she went way above and beyond expectations! She went to my house (we had already moved to Texas) at eleven o'clock at night, (at least a 30-minute drive from her house to mine) to turn off an outside light after a neighbor notified her (I think through Facebook) it had been on for a few days. Because we were living in Texas, she took care of many things that I think are outside of a realtor's responsibilities: mowing, shipping stuff we inadvertently left behind, repairs, turning off lights, and other stuff I am forgetting. She actually painted a stain on our bathroom wall herself! She never hinted being inconvenienced or unwilling. All of her advice and predictions turned out to be either true, or the correct strategy, even though I was sometimes slow to follow her direction. But she never attempted to force her opinion on us, she always made it clear she would do whatever we wanted her to do. She made us look like a couple of geniuses. She always returned phone calls and texts. She patiently and meticulously answered questions, no matter how many ways my little brain needed explanations framed.

Beverly was so helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased my new house with her great advice and I will be listing my old house with Crye-Leike because of her. I will definitely be recommending Beverly to my friends for their real estate needs.
